Česká spořitelna

The office centre, which will grow in Smíchov on an area of approximately 75,000 sqm, will become the new seat of the largest bank in the country according to the number of clients, Česká spořitelna. The project, in which we are currently participating as regards project and construction management, will be created within the planned Smíchov City project, located on a brownfield next to the Smíchovské nádraží Station.

Up to 3,500 employees are to work in the new headquarters of Česká spořitelna, designed by the Austrian Baumschlager Eberle studio in cooperation with the Pavel Hnilička Architekti studio.
