After more than 20 years with the Erste Group Immorent, we decided to take on a new challenge and, together with several colleagues, to found IMMORENT Development Partners s.r.o.
Years of experience
Our many years of experience and knowledge of the real estate market in the field of development activities and related services in the management of development projects and construction services are proven by many successfully implemented projects of office buildings, industrial and logistics complexes and apartment buildings. As part of the Erste Group Immorent and only in Prague, we participated in the implementation of projects covering 200,000 sqm of office space.
In 2011, the EGI Czech Republic team won the Developer of the Year Award, granted by the CIJ AWARDS. The projects we have implemented have received a number of awards within the Best of Realty Award.
